I have a question regarding centrifugal pump resources

Dear friends, during the procurement process, we encountered a LPG centrifugal pump of the OH6 type, VSD IIB T4, with a flow rate of 72 m3/h, a head of 125 m, and a power rating of 37 kW. We consulted several manufacturers, and all of them said they were unable to produce such a pump; only Saint-Gobain in the United States can manufacture it. Is that correct?
Only one company can produce it, which constitutes a monopoly; simply change the manufacturing process to get rid of that annoying habit.
If you don’t specify OH6 VSD, there are many manufacturers that can produce it. However, with types such as OH6 specified, few manufacturers are able to achieve such a high flow rate.
