Issues regarding the mobile use of LNG storage tanks

I currently have a project that requires LNG storage tanks to be assembled on skids for use. The current problem is that the entire skid is placed on a trailer and can be moved at any time, but it remains stationary when in use. I feel this is similar to LNG tank trucks; it’s not just an ordinary skid-mounted unit, and there must be relevant regulatory requirements in place. The help I’m looking for is whether any of you friends have experience using it in this way? Are there any relevant regulatory constraints regarding the transportation of LNG storage tanks on vehicles? If so, which standard is it? Thank you!

This is a micro-project involving on-board LNG; once there is enough funding, land can be purchased and a company can be established to set up a fixed-scale small LNG plant.
Isn’t moving an LNG storage tank on a vehicle equivalent to moving a pressure vessel? That’s a great idea of yours. How do I go about this procedure? How to register a pressure vessel? :)
It can only be moved around by pulling it with a vehicle because it can’t be made fixed. It can be considered a small mobile LNG liquefaction skid unit.
