When performing the BOG (Boil-off Gas) re-liquefaction process, follow these steps: 1. Preparations before starting up: – Check that the equipment is in good condition and that there are no leaks. - Check that all instruments and safety devices are functioning properly. - Ensure that all pipes and valves are unobstructed. 2. Startup procedure: - Slowly open the inlet valve to allow the BOG to gradually enter the re-liquefaction system. - Monitor the pressure and temperature readings to ensure they are within the normal range. - Start the refrigeration system and gradually lower the temperature to re-liquefy the BOG. 3. Operation monitoring: - Regularly check the system’s pressure, temperature, and flow rate. - Monitor the operating status of equipment and promptly adjust operating parameters to ensure efficiency. 4. Shutdown procedure: - First, stop the cooling system to allow the equipment to gradually return to ambient temperature. - Close the inlet valve to cut off the BOG supply. - Gradually shut down all related equipment and power supplies. Ensure that safety procedures are strictly followed throughout the entire operation to prevent accidents.
