Analysis of flue gases from oil refineries

To all those working in oil refinery laboratories, has anyone used a portable flue gas analyzer for analyzing elements such as oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrogen compounds, and sulfides in flue gases? Is it good? Could you recommend any good brands? Thanks!
Internationally, Thermofisher is a good option; domestically, companies like Shidianlong also perform quite well.
Typical portable analyzers can only analyze a limited number of components, and they are unable to measure the flue gas flow rate. Additionally, flue gas originates from the combustion process; from a combustion control perspective, oxygen is generally in excess. Why is there methane in your flue gas? Could it be a state of oxygen-deficient combustion?
