Problems with the analysis of all components in gasoline

I would like to know what instruments are generally used to determine the content of each component in gasoline and diesel, what methods are employed, and how long it takes to complete the testing. Do all ordinary refineries have the capability for testing? Please give me lots of advice; thank you!

For typical gasoline components, grouping analysis can be carried out using chromatographic methods for analyzing individual hydrocarbons, whereas this method is rather time-consuming for diesel samples. Is it necessary for a full component analysis? Since oils are mixtures of hydrocarbons, group component analysis can be used for their classification; this is relatively easy for light oils. For heavier oils, a full-component analysis is impractical and unnecessary.
Thank you, teacher! The main reason is that a study is planned, and there is concern that a simple component analysis may not be sufficient to ensure the accuracy of this study; therefore, it is desired to first assess the feasibility of a full-component analysis.
