Are there any experts in alcohol distillation?

I’m a layperson; I work in alcohol distillation. Although I can handle the operations fairly well, there are no opportunities for further improvement. I hope to improve myself through this!
Find a baijiu distillery in the vicinity and spend a few days there learning the craft; it’s also a good way to satisfy your craving for alcohol.
Do you produce edible alcohol or fuel ethanol? What is the process flow like? There are many books available on alcohol distillation now, so getting started shouldn’t be a problem.
