What are the control parameters for lubricating oil?

I want to know what analysis items and control parameters exist for the lubricating oil used in compressors. When the lubricant samples analyzed by our company were brought back for further testing, the lubricant appeared creamy in texture; it returned to its normal color after being heated. I’m not sure what the cause is. Does anyone know? Could you tell me? Thank you.
The main ones include: viscosity, flash point, acid value, moisture, impurities, pour point, etc
