I have a question: When using the hash COD detector, there are no issues when the COD value is at relatively high levels such as 1000, but there are significant deviations for values below 100. What could be the reason for this?
Are you using hash reagents, or reagents that you have prepared yourselves? If it is a hashing reagent, check its measurement range. I remember that the reagents for hashing come in two range categories: roughly 10–150 and 100–1000, with the unit being MG/L

In such cases, it is worth considering whether there is an issue with the range selected for the COD analyzer, as well as the reagents used. Manufacturers of COD analyzers now produce pre-made reagents, with sets of reagents available corresponding to different ranges. It is more accurate and convenient to purchase pre-made reagents directly. You can also check whether the cuvette is clean, free of scratches, etc.
