Are there experts in synthetic rubber analysis?

I would like to ask how the original poster came to know about a major called Synthetic Rubber Analysis I majored in analytical chemistry in college; I had never heard of such a major before. Maybe the classification of majors has become more detailed these days? It is likely that there will still be a specialty in plastic analysis; metal analysis might be more detailed, covering areas such as pig iron analysis, wrought iron analysis, cast iron analysis, high-carbon steel analysis, low-carbon steel analysis, and medium-carbon steel analysis. As for stainless steel analysis, there are even more variations, since there are hundreds of types of stainless steel, and it is estimated that there will be over a hundred different specialties in this area of analysis. I think the original poster doesn’t need to seek out experts or specialists in synthetic rubber analysis; they can simply send the sample to a rubber research institute for analysis. There is simply no such thing as a specialty in synthetic rubber analysis.
