The types of sulfides targeted by the two corrosion tests are different; copper sheet corrosion is primarily aimed at all sulfides present in oils, including hydrogen sulfide, thiol compounds, elemental sulfur, etc； Silver sheet corrosion mainly targets sulfides with strong corrosivity such as hydrogen sulfide. I’ve been away from the laboratory for many years, so I’m not sure if my explanation is accurate; I suggest the original poster check out the details of these two different standards.
