Responsibilities of the authorized signatory: 1. The authorized signatory shall issue inspection and testing reports or certificates within the scope of authorization granted, and keep relevant records. 2. The authorized signatory shall review the validity of the standards applicable to the reports or certificates issued, to ensure that relevant inspection and testing activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant standards. 3. The authorized signatory is responsible for the authenticity, objectivity, accuracy, and traceability of the inspection and testing data and results. 4. The authorized signatory bears the ultimate responsibility for the technical review of the issued inspection and testing reports, and has the authority to reject any results, reports, or certificates that do not meet the required standards. 3 Responsibilities of the authorized signatory 1. The authorized signatory bears the corresponding legal responsibilities for the reports or certificates issued, and is accountable to the competent authorities for inspection and testing, to this inspection and testing institution, and to the clients. 2. Be responsible for meeting the requirements of laws, regulations, and evaluation standards. 3. Authorized signatories generally do not have agents, but more than 2 authorized signatories can be appointed in the same professional field.
