1 The quantity of hazardous chemicals should be kept to a minimum, corresponding to their amount of use and storage period. Some chemicals are prone to decomposition or chemical reactions during storage, resulting in an increased level of danger. Such chemicals should be registered and stored properly ； 2 Containers holding hazardous chemicals should be sealed to prevent the release of such chemicals due to leaks in the containers or packaging ； 3 All stored packaging materials must be labeled with accurate and easily recognizable labels. 4 The storage of chemicals, including waste, should be carried out based on the properties of the chemicals and their reactive interactions with one another. Incompatible chemical reagents should be stored separately, either by using fire-resistant chemical cabinets or by separating them physically. Incompatible liquids should be provided with separate overflow collection areas ； 5 Opening packages, transferring contents, distributing chemical reagents, or taking samples should not be carried out inside or on cabinets used for storing hazardous chemicals, unless the cabinets are specially designed for such purposes and appropriate safety procedures as well as protective equipment are in place ； 6 When using aluminum cylindrical containers (including fire extinguishers), it is necessary to prevent the use of incompatible hazardous chemicals there ； 7 Regulations should be established for the receipt and distribution of materials, as well as for the inspection of hazardous material packaging (such as detailed records, etc.) ； 8 Strict inspection of chemical packaging should be carried out to ensure its integrity. Leaking or hazardous packaging should be moved to a safe location for repackaging or disposal. The labels should be re-applied, and if necessary, the contents of the package should be clearly identifiable ； 9 When a room contains flammable materials or heat-sensitive chemicals, open flames or electric radiant heaters cannot be used to heat the room ； 10 Areas where flammable vapors or combustibles occur as part of normal or abnormal operations shall be classified in accordance with relevant standards and regulations. The requirements to avoid sources of ignition should be in line with the actual circumstances, unless such sources are under control and necessary for the experiment, such as when using gas lamps ； 11 Substances that are unstable at room temperature should be stored in facilities capable of maintaining a certain temperature range. When in use, reliable safety measures should be provided. The risk of harmful substances being generated due to temperature changes should be clearly indicated ； 12 Avoid exposing chemical reagents and their containers to direct sunlight ； 13 Appropriate types and sizes of individual packaging should be selected to reduce the quantity and lower disposal risks. Use of fragile or non-leakproof packaging should be avoided ； 14 When incompatible chemicals are present in the same work area, preventive measures should be taken to avoid accidental contact or mixing between them ； 15 Volatile and toxic substances should be stored in a ventilated cabinet with continuous mechanical ventilation, away from sources of fire and heat.
