Daily maintenance of the oil flash point tester: 1. When using the instrument, avoid touching its cover to prevent high temperatures from posing a risk to the operator’s safety. 2. Operate in accordance with the instructions; perform the click conversion, and tighten the relevant screws when replacing the motor. 3. To prevent an excessive flame during ignition, the valve should be turned down before ignition. 4. After use, turn the adjustment knob counterclockwise to the end position. 5. Remember to turn off the power and unplug the power cord after using the instrument. 6. Keep the instruments clean at all times to prevent them from being damaged by acids, alkalis, oil stains, humid gases, etc. 7. If the power indicator light of the diesel flash point tester does not light up, it may be due to a power outage to the heater or a malfunction in the power switch. 8. If the pointer of the voltage meter does not move when the adjustment knob is turned, the voltage meter may be damaged. 9. If the heater does not get hot and the adjustable solid-state voltage regulator is damaged, it is possible that the solid-state voltage regulator is faulty.
