On July 6, Shuangxing Group and Nanshan Group held discussions and signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Longkou City, Yantai, Shandong Province. Adhering to the principles of complementary strengths, mutual benefit, and joint development, the two parties embarked on comprehensive strategic cooperation across the entire integrated petrochemical industry chain, including the development of material management systems for project construction, joint research and development as well as production of high-end synthetic rubber, intelligent logistics and warehousing, and smart industrial parks. Leaders such as Chai Yongsen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shuangxing Group; Cheng Rence, Executive Director of Nanshan Holdings (3.21 -0.62%, stock analysis); Luo Qiang, General Manager of Yulong Petrochemical; and Liu Bo, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Institute of Automation, attended the signing ceremony.
