On July 8, China National Chemical Engineering Corporation No. 16 Construction Co., Ltd. and Sentuo Petrochemical (Ghana) Co., Ltd. signed a project contract for the overseas installation work of the 3 million tons per year unit of the second phase of a 5 million tons per year refining project, with a contract value of 450 million yuan. Liu Youkun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, and Xu Ningquan, Chairman of Sentuo Group, signed on behalf of their respective sides. Located in the Republic of Ghana in West Africa, the successful signing of this project represents an important step taken by the company in its efforts to implement the Belt and Road Initiative and pursue an international development strategy. It lays a solid foundation for the company to further develop and explore the Ghanaian market. At the same time, it further strengthened the confidence and determination of the company’s overseas teams to overcome challenges, thereby enhancing the company’s ability to compete on the international stage more effectively and swiftly.
