Project Name: Upgrade and renovation of the coking plant with a capacity of 1.44 million tons per year and a carbonization chamber height of 7.0 meters, owned by Shanxi Coking Group Co., Ltd.

Capacity Source: The coking capacity of 1.44 million tons, as confirmed in Document No. 139 issued by the Shanxi Provincial Industry and Information Technology Department (① Shanxi Sanwei Ruide Coking Co., Ltd. has a coking capacity of 1.2 million tons; according to the plan to reduce excess coking capacity in Linfen City, 240,000 tons of this capacity were reduced, leaving a remaining capacity of 960,000 tons)； ②Shanxi Luhe Group Yuanzhong Coking Co., Ltd. has a coking capacity of 600,000 tons; under the plan to reduce excess coking capacity in Linfen City, 120,000 tons of this company’s capacity were reduced, leaving a remaining coking capacity of 480,000 tons. The total capacity thus amounts to 1,440,000 tons. Construction contents: Build 2×61-chamber 7.0-meter regenerative top-mounted YJL7050-Ⅰ type coke ovens, along with 2×140t/h dry quenching coke units and waste heat power generation systems. Additional facilities include a coal preparation system, coke transportation systems, chemical product recovery and gas purification units, environmental protection equipment such as flue gas desulfurization and denitrification systems, as well as other auxiliary works. The coke oven gas will be used in the company’s existing 350,000-ton per year coke oven gas-to-methanol production facility. Total investment: The total investment for this project is 3.037 billion yuan. Construction scale: Annual production of 1.44 million tons of coke, with an annual supply of 285,445×103 m3 of coke oven gas. Labor force required: 385 people
