The Shandong Provincial Government has recently approved the expansion and relocation of 4 chemical industrial parks, including the expansion of the Qilu Chemical Industry Park and Liaocheng Chemical Industry Park, as well as the relocation of the Feixian Adhesive Chemical Industry Park and Yanzhou Chemical Additive Industry Park. Among them, the expanded Qilu Chemical Industry Zone covers a total area of 32.3011 square kilometers, and is divided into the main area and the Ruilin Chemical Area ； After the expansion, the total area of Liaocheng Chemical Industry Park is 9.5165 square kilometers, comprising the main area and the Qilu Paints industry area ； The area of the Feixian Adhesive and Chemical Industry Park after reorganization is 1.0101 square kilometers ； After the reorganization, the area of the Yanzhou Chemical Additives Industrial Park is 4.0955 square kilometers. The Shandong Provincial Government has called for efforts to turn this chemical park into a dynamic and leading area for the high-quality development of the industrial economy. It is necessary to strengthen the integrated management of the industrial park, accelerate the expansion of its facilities, improve infrastructure, enhance efforts in safety and environmental protection, deepen digital transformation and network integration, optimize the ecosystem for industrial development, and actively create a new outlook for the growth of chemical industrial parks. Once the key chemical monitoring points are integrated into the park, they are no longer managed as such.
