This precipitant preferentially reacts with the rare earth ions to form a precipitate precursor of rare earth oxide, thereby yielding a rare earth-modified Y-type molecular sieve with low sulfate content, high crystallinity, and good stability ； Water, rare-earth-modified Y-type molecular sieve, ZSM-5 molecular sieve, clay, and binder are thoroughly mixed together, and after homogenization, spray drying, and a third calcination step, a Na-containing catalyst is obtained ； Water is mixed with Na-containing catalyst particles and pulped, after which a phosphorus-containing substance is added to perform sodium-reduction modification on the Na-containing catalyst; the final catalyst is then obtained through filtration, washing, and drying. This finished catalyst uses a rare earth-modified Y-type molecular sieve with the above characteristics as its active component, which enables it to offer advantages such as high propylene yield, strong capacity for converting heavy oil, and high liquid yield. Since the beginning of this year, CNPC has obtained 152 new patent approvals, a 210.2% increase compared to the same period last year.
