For the vent pipes at the front and rear connections of the gearbox of our rotary compressors, some compressors of the same model have a lot of smoke coming from the vents, while others have little to no smoke. What could be the reason for this?

With a powerful exhaust fan in the fuel tank, there will naturally be less smoke from the vent pipe.

Attach a photo of the gas station; it should have exhaust fans in place, which create negative pressure in the bearing housings at various lubrication points. The air flows from the atmosphere to the gas seal, then to the bearing housings, to the oil return pipes (with air flowing upward and oil returning downward), to the oil tank, to the exhaust fans, and finally back to the atmosphere. . . Also, the smoke exhaust volume must be within the limits permitted by the negative pressure in the fuel tank; too high a volume can cause oil mist to be expelled, leading to oil leakage.
