The belt conveyor should have its belt loosened periodically to inspect the special-shaped rollers in contact with the belt, to check whether they rotate smoothly and reliably. Any special-shaped roller that does not rotate smoothly should be removed and replaced promptly, in order to ensure the proper operation of the equipment and prevent wear on the belt. The method for replacing the special-shaped roller is to loosen the set screws on the shaft seats at both ends of the steering drum, rotate the steering drum to replace the special-shaped roller, and finally tighten the set screws on the shaft seats. 2. For belt conveyors, regularly check whether the bolts at all connection points are loose; if so, tighten them promptly. 3. During operation of the belt conveyor, a portion of the special-shaped roller on the side of the turning drum that does not come into contact with the belt can be removed to facilitate waste removal and the replacement of the special-shaped roller. On a belt conveyor, regularly remove the screw plugs at the shaft ends of the deflection drums and apply grease to ensure proper lubrication of the bearings and extend the service life of the drums. 5. During operation of the belt conveyor, coal lumps and sludge between the special-shaped rollers should be removed promptly to prevent the rollers from getting stuck and failing to rotate, which could cause wear on the belt. Pressure air should be used ； It must not be rinsed with water pipes, as water entering the special-shaped rollers will shorten their service life. 6. Every time the belt conveyor runs for one week, the idler roller should be rotated by 60 degrees to ensure smooth operation. Loosen the set screws on both end shaft seats during adjustment, and tighten them again after the adjustment is complete.
