The plant is shut down, and the equipment needs to remain idle for over a year; how can the turbine be maintained without disassembling it?
1. It is recommended to keep the lubricating oil system operational. 2. Regularly turn the unit manually. 3. The import and export ports are closed, and the gas and steam systems are filled with nitrogen to maintain a slight positive pressure and prevent corrosion.
The 3rd floor has explained it very clearly; just follow those instructions. The lubricating oil system can be turned on once a week; turning the machine shaft while doing so helps save electricity.
Our approach at that time was: 1) Protect the steam system with nitrogen (slightly positive pressure)； 2) The lubricating oil system operates for 4 hours per week ； 3) During the operation of the oil system, automatic turning is activated. It was shut down for one and a half years, and when it was restarted, maintenance, inspection, and testing were carried out in accordance with the procedures for its first operation.
