In construction sites, docks, logistics workshops, supermarkets, shopping mall warehouses and other fields, in order to transport materials vertically, hoists are needed. There are various types of continuous elevators, and the continuous elevator is one of them. This continuous hoist is favored by customers because of its unique performance and functions. So, how does it operate? The continuous elevator can transport materials from the second floor to the first floor. This material is usually finished wine cartons or finished wine soft cloth bags. The input end of the continuous elevator is connected to the rear end of the box conveyor, and the output end usually uses manual palletizing. Likewise, it can be transported from the first floor to the second floor. There are various control methods, usually including three different methods: manual, stand-alone automatic, and online control. The continuous elevator uses a 2-station, 2-stop Z-shaped mode of transportation, so we can say that it conforms to its name, that is, it is a continuous conveyor, and the external dimensions and occupied area of this continuous elevator have corresponding requirements, and are not allowed to exceed the opening area of the building. The motor and transmission motor power of the continuous hoist is usually a motor reducer, which has powerful functions of self-locking and braking. Moreover, its chain needs to meet certain transportation requirements, that is, it can be guided on both sides in the vertical direction and has an adjustment function. Continuous hoists have corresponding safety protection requirements to ensure safety during operation. There is an emergency stop switch at each entry and exit position, and there are also appropriate * * The prescribed safety signs allow the machine to stop running immediately when a malfunction occurs. There is also a photoelectric switch for detecting the shape of the goods at the entry and exit position, which can ensure that small or abnormal goods will not fall into the continuous elevator. That is, the continuous elevator has the function of oversize protection. In addition, the continuous hoist is also equipped with complete interlocking protection devices to effectively prevent damage to equipment and goods. There are also some safety fences around the equipment, and black paint is used as a warning. In order to ensure the safety of the continuous hoist, the equipment also has the function of overload detection and safety protection. Once the equipment is overloaded, the frequency converter and other equipment will immediately stop operating, which can ensure the personal safety of the operator and protect the motor. In addition, when any failure occurs in the continuous hoist, there is usually a corresponding sensing system to detect it, and a sound and light alarm will be issued in a timely manner. The location of the failure will also be displayed on the terminal and the corresponding cause will be analyzed. It can be seen that this continuous hoist is so convenient, easy to use and safe.
