The negative pressure inside the reactor is 1 MPa. Samples from the reactor are taken under negative pressure. Air must not enter the reaction vessel. Is there a better way? The method we’re using currently involves adding two ball valves below the sampling bottom valve (with the bottom valve kept in the open position); by turning one ball valve off and the other on, sampling is done gradually, which is quite troublesome. Moreover, ball valves tend to break easily and allow air to get in. Are there any more suitable valves for reference? It’s a bit better if it’s in liquid form; if the material is in powder form, I guess the problems will be severe. Moreover, the negative pressure here is too high; if sampling is to be carried out continuously, it is necessary to ensure that the pressure is lower than that inside the tank, so as to create a pressure difference.
