The stirrer in the reactor is stuck

The mixer reducer in the reaction tank is controlled by an inverter; why does it often get stuck? Is it because the material is too thick, resulting in a relatively weak starting force as it goes from 0 to the specified frequency, compared to operating at the standard frequency? Is it that the motor itself is selected to be too small?
Does it stop moving when stuck, or can it still move as the frequency increases after getting stuck?
A suitable reducer should be chosen!

Redesign the mixing mechanism and calculate the motor power
