As the title suggests, should specific requirements be specified for the welding materials in the general diagram of pressure vessels, such as “it shall meet the requirements of standards NB/T 47018.1–.7-2011”......
Special cases should have specific requirements; in general, it serves only as a reference, after all, each manufacturing plant still needs to conduct welding process evaluations.
Many drawings include some recommended standards for welding materials :)
“Should there be requirements for special cases? How should one generally master it?
There are only a few materials that are used frequently. There’s nothing hard about mastering this, right?
If it’s not written, does that mean the design drawing is incomplete...
It should comply with NB/T 47108 – all of this is specified there. The selection of welding materials for conventional materials is also mentioned, but it is on a recommended basis; ultimately, the specific weld material grade to be used depends on the enterprise’s process evaluation
You’ll know when you encounter it; there are special requirements.
Our design drawings do not meet the requirements of standard 47018; however, this information must be included on the material sheet for welding materials upon acceptance and storage.
If it’s not written on the drawing, others will say it’s incomplete. . Writing is indeed a barrier. .
