Stainless steel pickled surface

After overall pickling, the surfaces of 316L stainless steel pipes from the same batch showed different conditions. Most of them are completely shiny, but a few have areas that appear shiny on the surface; when touched, those areas become dull. What’s causing this? I hope there are forum members who understand this and can help discuss whether it’s a material issue or an acid washing issue Or something else?
The first one looks like it has \"iron contamination\"; has the material been verified? Is there any case of passing off fakes as genuine products or substandard items as high-quality ones?

Such a level of brightness is not only related to pickling, but mainly to the surface roughness. The surface of a steel pipe is relatively rough, so it certainly won’t be shiny.

It seems that there is no metallic luster after pickling, because an oxide film is formed: lol
