It is a DN600 stainless steel tank; due to the properties of the medium, a temperature of 100% RT is required. Because of its diameter, only manual access holes can be installed. 1. Is it possible to attach a plate inside the manual access hole? 100% RT results in full coverage. 2. Can the double-wall single-shadow method be used? But can the double-wall single-shadow method only be used on pipes with small diameters?
It can be detected using the double-wall single-shadow method; the hand hole is not only used for soldering...
Double-wall radiography and gamma ray inspection are both available.
Tanks with a DN600 diameter can generally be inspected through both walls; if that’s not possible, gamma ray inspection can be used.

Double-wall radiography is also acceptable; ray inspection works as well.
A double-wall single-shadow configuration is fully feasible; it can be implemented in accordance with Appendix F of NB/T47013.2-2015. However, to achieve better film quality, it is necessary to adjust the X-ray tube voltage and exposure time appropriately, while keeping the K value under control. For some other containers with small diameters and large wall thicknesses, it is not even possible to perform a double-wall single-shadow weld on the final weld seam; TIG welding can be used as a backing process, and once full penetration is ensured, other inspection methods can be employed.
