The design pressure of the condensate tank is 0.6 MPa, and the operating pressure is 0.5 MPa. How should the setting pressure of the safety valve be selected? What are the standards? Thank you. . .
The set pressure can be taken as 0.55 MPa. The set pressure × 1.03 must be less than the design pressure (or the maximum allowable operating pressure, if such a value exists).
As determined according to Appendix B.4.7 of GB150.1, your design pressure has been established; therefore, the setting pressure can be taken as 0.58 (taking into account a maximum deviation of 0.018 for the setting pressure)

When only one safety valve is installed on a fixed-pressure vessel, the set pressure of this safety valve should not be higher than the design pressure of the vessel. Any value between 0.53 and 0.57 Mpa can be chosen as the set pressure; if there is a maximum allowable operating pressure, then that value shall be used as the set pressure
