Inner diameter 5M. It’s a pressure-free mixing vessel 10M in height, requiring a flat lid and a flat bottom. How should the design pressure be determined? Is there anyone experienced who can offer guidance? . . . . . The design pressure specified in Appendix A of HG/T 3109-2009 is 0.25 MPa, and I’m not sure about this.
So what is the fixed value at normal pressure? Is the design pressure gauge pressure, with a value of 0?

It does not fall under the category of pressure vessels; therefore, the material thickness specified for normal-pressure vessels can be used~
