The designed external pressure of the inner cylinder should be -0.54MPa, so the opening reinforcement of the inner cylinder is also at this pressure, provided that the opening also bears the pressure of the jacket. If the opening does not bear the pressure of the jacket, then the reinforcement pressure of the opening is still -0.1MPa, and specific issues will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
I also think it should be added, but when calculating the head thickness of SW6, it is calculated as -0.54, but when calculating the NI pipe opening reinforcement, it is calculated as -0.1, which makes me very confused. . .
Nozzle N1 is the stirring hole, which only withstands the negative pressure of -0.1MPa and does not withstand the external pressure of the jacket. Therefore, it is correct to calculate the strength according to the negative pressure of -0.1MPa.
The main thing is to distinguish the difference between design pressure and calculated pressure. Strength calculation uses calculated pressure. When determining the calculated pressure, how to combine the design pressures of the inner and outer cylinders depends on the specific calculation part and whether it is subject to the pressure of the inner cylinder and the jacket at the same time.
