Is it a self-acting pressure reducing valve on the outlet pipeline of the compressor lubricating oil station pump at this time? What is the working principle and structure?
It is a standard pressure relief valve; the degree of opening of the valve is adjusted by manually tightening (loosening) the set screw on it, thereby controlling the pressure – just like the pressure regulator on top of an acetylene cylinder.

Agree with the view from the 3rd floor. It’s a pressure relief valve. Adjustable with the screw above. A stand-alone regulating valve usually has a mushroom head, and in front of (or behind) the valve, there is a pressure lead pipe connected to the mushroom head.
It looks like a pressure relief valve; a vent valve should have an opening leading to another space.
