For equipment at atmospheric pressure, is it permissible to extend the piping up to the saddle gasket?
It is best not to take over and weld it together with the cylinder and gasket
Welding is not easy to handle! One wouldn’t do this under normal circumstances
It’s best to change the pipe outlet; if that’s not possible, then the method used on the second floor will have to be employed.
Is it a bit better to use grooves to avoid welding directly? The position can’t be moved; drill the hole first.
When the pipe outlet or saddle moves, the movement of the saddle is possible only if a foundation for the saddle has not been prepared and if the saddle needs to be calculated; generally, it is the pipe outlet that moves
Ah, it can’t be moved at all. The saddle is there because there’s no other place; the entire cylinder is 1.5 meters long, so there’s limited space for movement. There are also other pipes nearby, and since their ends were opened first, that’s how things ended up like this :(
