GB150 is one of the harmonized standards for pressure vessels, so conventional designs naturally follow GB150.
GB150 is also a referenced standard in the \"Safety Technical Inspection Regulations for Mobile Pressure Vessels\". Generally, design institutes only have the qualification to design fixed pressure vessels. For this type of wheeled equipment, if you don’t have the necessary design qualifications, you shouldn’t take on its design casually.

I’m not in production; there is a type of steam sterilizer in the pharmaceutical industry that has a similar structure. In practice, some low-temperature liquid containers are also installed on movable platforms, and they all fall under the category of fixed pressure vessels.
