In the installation configuration of overlapping heat exchanger supports, the distance from the support base plate to the equipment’s centerline should be at least 5 mm less than the distance from the sealing surface of the pipe flange to the equipment’s centerline. Then isn’t the upper heat exchanger supported by the pipes? What other use is there for the middle support?
Adjustment shims should be placed between the upper and lower supports, with their thickness determined based on the conditions on site

What I mean is that the two nozzles of the upper and lower units of the overlapping heat exchanger are longer than the supports, and the load falls on those nozzles; the supports do not provide any support function. A teacher said there are also adjustment shims in the middle of the support, and then I understood.
