Thirdly, it is also necessary to be aware of some common problems associated with chain plates and the methods for maintaining them. Unstable operation and tendency to deviate from the intended path are common issues with such chain plates. This problem must be overcome during production in order to increase efficiency. If deviation occurs, its tensioning shaft needs to be adjusted to the right level, ensuring that its edges are not damaged. Check if there is any corrosion inside the conveyor; if so, it needs to be replaced. Check whether there is any misalignment in the drive shaft, and whether the tooth tips are excessively worn. Fourth, the chain plate must not come into direct contact with the heat source; at least a one-meter distance should be maintained. It cannot be used under strong light, nor should it be used outdoors when it is raining. There is a specified speed for transportation; it must not exceed this speed. The tension on the chain plates should not be too high, and the gears and chain plates need to fit together tightly without bending, as this results in the lowest tension. If it is the same machine, chain plates with different models and materials cannot be used. Fifth, when starting a chain conveyor with no load, there must be nothing on the chain plates; the acceleration is very high at the moment of startup, otherwise gear slippage may occur under heavy loads. When stopping operation, there must be nothing on the chain plates either. When using multiple chain plates, the last one should be lifted first, and then proceed forward in sequence.
