Especially in standardized production processes, in order to reduce the workload on workers and ensure consistency and precision in production, automated assembly lines are often employed. These systems enable automatic handling of goods as well as execution of certain tasks at specific work stations: 1. Automatic sorting and combining of goods along the assembly line. In production scenarios where multiple work stations are used for the same product, it is necessary to carry out centralized operations on the products. This helps to overcome the disadvantages associated with having workers handle tasks at multiple stations, thereby improving efficiency and productivity. It also allows for centralized control over product quality. 2. Automation of the sorting process for goods on assembly lines, with separate handling for various product types; it is possible to incorporate various testing and sorting instruments (such as those for measuring weight, temperature, size, humidity, etc.) along the sorting and merging paths. Additionally, sorting paths can be added after the identification devices, thereby reducing the workload on workers, as the devices are used directly to identify items, which improves stability and reliability. 3. Automation of the transportation and storage of goods in production lines is particularly useful for those goods that are difficult to handle manually and require stable transportation and placement. It reduces the need for manual labor, improves the stability and efficiency of transportation. In the backend, vertical storage systems can be employed, enabling safe and stable automatic storage and retrieval of goods; this also helps to save space.
