The method can be summarized in three words: smooth, steady, and diligent. I. Smoothness: The laser light output should be smooth. 1. The power connection must be proper: for grounding protection, a dedicated ground wire with a resistance of less than 4Ω should be used. A stable power supply voltage and proper grounding are essential for the proper operation of a laser cutting machine; they help to prevent external interference from causing the machine to vibrate and avoid damage to the circuits due to high-voltage discharges. 2. The chiller must be in proper operation: there should be cooling water flowing through it. The function of the chiller is to remove the heat from the laser and the laser head; without cooling water, the laser will not operate and may even get damaged. II. Stability: The laser output must be stable. 1. The environment must be stable: stay away from devices with high power levels and strong vibrations. Devices with high power consumption can interfere with the laser, causing the machine to malfunction ; High-vibration equipment reduces the precision of components such as laser crystals, leading to errors and defective products. 2. The cooling water for the chiller must be stable. Components such as laser crystals are highly sensitive; unstable water pressure and temperature can lead to a decrease in cutting power, and may even damage the laser components. III. Diligence: Equipment should be cleaned and maintained regularly. 1. Clean the laser cutting machine frequently: Wipe it regularly to keep the guides smooth and well-lubed, as well as to ensure that the bearings operate smoothly. Wipe the lenses regularly with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. 2. Clean the chiller frequently: regularly wash the dust filter and clean the surface of the heat exchanger ; Regularly check whether the water pipes are unobstructed, and replace the cooling water (with pure water or distilled water). Regularly check components such as water pumps and compressors to ensure they are operating properly. 3. Keep the environment clean regularly: Maintaining cleanliness and good ventilation helps with the heat dissipation of lasers and chillers ; Maintain appropriate temperature and humidity.
