1. The operating environment of the mesh belt should always be kept clean; the surface of the mesh belt must remain tidy, and there should be no debris in the air inlets and outlets. Regularly remove dust and other debris from the conveyor belt and pipes. II. It can only operate when the conveyor belt is in perfect condition; at the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply facilities have sufficient capacity and that the voltage remains stable. Operation with an incomplete phase supply is strictly prohibited. The power supply lines must be dedicated, and temporary lines should not be used for power supply over a long period of time. III. If, during operation of the conveyor belt, abnormal noises are heard, the motor overheats severely, the casing becomes electrically charged, the switch trips, or the belt fails to start, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, repairs are not allowed while the conveyor belt is in operation. After maintenance, a test run of about five minutes should be carried out; only after confirming that there are no abnormalities should the equipment be put back into operation. IV. Depending on the operating environment, lubricant should be added to or replaced in the bearings from time to time (lubricant does not need to be replaced for sealed bearings in motors during their service life). To ensure proper lubrication of the conveyor belt during operation, lubrication should be carried out at least every 1000 hours. For sealed bearings and motor bearings, ZL–3 lithium-based lubricant should be used to fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearings. Operation without oil is strictly prohibited. V. The conveyor belt should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting wet. When stored outdoors, the conveyor belt should be protected from rain. During storage and handling, care should be taken to prevent the mesh belt from being bumped, so as to avoid damaging it.
