Belt assembly lines are actually quite familiar to everyone, but recently I’ve noticed that many people are asking about them. So today I’ll talk to you about the various components that make up a belt assembly line. Idler rollers in belt conveyor systems: The main function of idler rollers is to transport goods by manually pushing them; they are cylindrical components that drive the conveyor belt or change its direction using manual force. They belong to the category of rollers and are essential components of conveyor systems. Anti-static rubber for belt conveyor lines: Anti-static rubber is also known as anti-static table mats, anti-static rubber sheets, anti-static floor mats, etc. Antistatic rubber is mainly made from antistatic (conductive) materials and static-dissipating materials such as synthetic rubbers. It is commonly used as a 2mm double-layer composite structure, with a surface layer that is about 0.5mm thick and serves to dissipate static electricity, and a bottom layer that is about 1.5mm thick and is conductive. Coated rollers in belt conveyor systems: Coated rollers are important components of conveying systems. The coating on these rollers helps to improve the performance of the conveying system, protects the metal rollers from wear, prevents the conveyor belt from slipping, and ensures that the rollers and the belt move in sync. Electric drums for belt conveyor lines: There are four basic methods for classifying electric drums. That is, electric drum types are classified based on the motor cooling method, the type of reducer drive structure used, the characteristics of the basic working environment of the electric drum, and whether the motor is located inside or outside the drum.
