When the machinery for harvesting, loading, and transporting is in operation, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to climb on or off it or to carry out any repairs or adjustments. Unrelated personnel are not allowed to enter the area where the equipment is operated, and non-operators must not operate the machinery. Once the work is completed, the machinery must be moved to a safe location and the power supply must be disconnected. 6. For the blasting of the final slope, controlled blasting with shock-absorbing measures must be employed to maintain the integrity of the slope rock mass and ensure its stability. Blasting in chambers is prohibited within 20 meters of the final slope. ?10. It is prohibited to pile up ore, rock, or other objects at the edge of the working surface on the steps. Heavy machinery such as down-the-hole drills, excavators, and air pumps are not allowed to operate or be stationed within 2 meters of the edge of the surface.
