If noise or vibration occurs in the flexible chain assembly line, if it is not dealt with in time, it will cause greater damage to the machine. When noise or vibration occurs in the flexible chain assembly line, first observe the lubrication of the chain plate, then observe whether there is rust or cracking on both sides of the chain plate, check whether the assembly of the chain is out of joint, and check whether there is any open welding in the welding area.
