The paint used in second-hand paint dryers is a chemical mixture that can cover the surface of objects firmly, serving purposes such as protection, decoration, marking, and other special functions. It generally consists of four components: film-forming substances, fillers (pigments and fillers), solvents, and additives. Depending on performance requirements, the components may vary slightly; for example, varnishes can contain no pigments or fillers, and powder coatings can be free of solvents. Paint is an organic chemical polymer material, and the coating it forms belongs to the category of polymer compounds. According to the modern classification of chemical products, coatings are considered fine chemical products. Modern coatings are gradually becoming a type of multifunctional engineering material, and they represent an important substance in the chemical industry. Features of used paint dryers: 1. Suitable for processes such as paint leveling and drying in the coating industry, including applications involving PE, PU, UV coatings, varnishes, fluorocarbon coatings, marble-effect coatings, real-stone effect coatings, furniture paints, metal paints, wood paints, glass paints, water-based paints, and anti-rust paints. These dryers can heat, level, and dry the paint film on the surface of workpieces that have been coated, all in a very short amount of time. 2. It is suitable for workpieces with flat surfaces or surfaces with certain degrees of curvature. It can be used alone, or it can be combined with imported and domestic painting machines, roller coaters, curtain coaters, etc., to form a complete production line. 3. This device utilizes advanced foreign infrared heating technology, featuring infrared lamp tubes for heating, controlled by an Omron temperature controller. The heat drying temperature can be set arbitrarily, ranging from room temperature to 400°C. 4. The conveying is driven by a variable-frequency motor, allowing for stepless speed adjustment; the transmission is balanced, ensuring uniform conveying. The conveyor belt is a chain-type stainless steel mesh belt (steel rollers or flat belt options are also available). 5. This machine is equipped with a centrifugal fan, which enhances the circulation of hot air inside, resulting in more uniform temperatures. It eliminates bubbles and unevenities that form on the surface of the workpieces during the painting process, allowing for rapid leveling of the surface. This leads to a smoother surface with better fullness, thereby significantly improving the quality of the workpiece surface. 6. Machinery of different specifications can be customized according to customer requirements. Compared to traditional drying equipment, second-hand paint dryers can be considered mechanical and technologically advanced devices. Therefore, many users, when first coming into contact with it, are always worried about not understanding how to operate it or how to set the temperature and humidity at various stages so that the drying process can take place fully automatically.
