Will this cause quality issues?

This is a φ18 seamless steel pipe I purchased. When polished, the appearance was fine. It has been used for more than 1,000 meters. Today, cracks suddenly appeared during welding. From the cross-section, there are seams on the whole. Can an experienced master please help? Does this mean there is a problem with the quality of the pipe?
The most convenient identification is to observe the inside. If there are seams, it is a non-seamless pipe.
It is a quality issue. If it is a seamed steel pipe, the defects cannot be seen after coloring. For example, the implementation standards and data of seamless steel pipes are 8162. The biggest difference from 8163 pipes is that the outlet length of 8163 has been subjected to eddy current or water pressure, which is not done in 8162.
For this quality, it is better to check the certificate and factory quality report.
If the welding cracks are not so flush, did you buy a pipe with seams?
It's obvious that the seamed pipes were either fooled or the purchasing personnel were too courageous.
Such straight cracks should be ERW welded pipes, commonly known as false seamless pipes.
