Are there clear requirements for the chamfer size of the heat exchanger tube sheet tube holes? The connection form of our tube sheet and heat exchange tube is strength welding + expansion. We usually press 2 * 45°, when looking at foreign pictures recently, I press 1 * 45°, which is what everyone generally implements.
Press 151 and meet the requirements of Figure 6-19
The chamfer is 45 degrees, which is no problem. The size generally depends on the wall thickness of the heat exchange tube and cannot exceed the wall thickness.
