What to do when the design life of the equipment expires

I would like to ask those of you who are in charge of managing equipment on the front line: what do you do when the equipment has reached the design lifespan specified in its technical drawings (for example, 10 years for ordinary containers and heat exchangers)? Is it to monitor the equipment by measuring thickness or by shortening the inspection cycle, or something else?
Conduct equipment safety assessments, determine the inspection schedule for the equipment, or decide on its disposal
Keep using it; the factory owner and the accountant will like you. The report data is really good.
In fact, the TSGR21-2016 Regulations on Safety Technical Inspection of Fixed Pressure Vessels contain provisions regarding the handling of equipment whose design life has expired
Shorten the inspection cycle, increase the testing methods, have the company’s main responsible person sign off, and then it can be put into use again
Is the equipment safety assessment carried out by the boiler inspection agency or by the owner themselves?
