During the production process, it is necessary to strictly control the process parameters of various coating equipment and processes in accordance with the requirements of the process documents, and to regularly monitor and test these parameters. 2. However, even the best and most advanced coating equipment can encounter problems if not properly managed. Keeping the painting equipment in good condition is one of the essential requirements to ensure painting quality. To manage coating equipment properly, sound rules and regulations are necessary: ① Key equipment should come equipped with operating procedures ; ②Each piece of equipment should have a dedicated person in charge, and the operation of the equipment should be regularly checked and recorded at the end of each shift ; ③Plans for the inspection and maintenance of major critical equipment should be developed to ensure regular maintenance work is carried out. 3. Quality Management: To ensure product quality, it is necessary to assign appropriate quality inspectors during the construction process to oversee quality control. To avoid excessive rework, it is necessary to define the quality requirements for each processing step clearly and precisely, strengthen on-site quality inspection, and improve the quality management system in order to ensure strict control over product quality. 4. On-site environment management: The environment at the work site has a direct impact on the quality of painting; a tidy and clean site is a necessary condition for achieving high-quality painting results. Therefore, the painting workshop should adopt the “3S” workplace management method to organize production and improve on-site management. Specifically as follows: Sorting: Separate the items that are needed from those that are not at the production site, and remove unnecessary items. Organization: Determine the location and quantity of items needed at the production site, and put everything in disarray in order. Cleaning: Clean the production site thoroughly. 5. Strengthen personnel management: In the coating management system, there is significant flexibility in terms of personnel management. A clear personnel management system must be established, and the rules and regulations must be strictly followed.
