The specific measures are as follows: 1. Define the compliance criteria and carry out preliminary preparations: Follow the current standards, namely GB50046-95 and GB50212-2002, among other national and industry regulations for anti-corrosion inspection, and clarify the requirements for key parameters such as rust removal levels and coating thickness. Plan approval and briefing: A specialized construction plan is prepared, and after it is approved by the owner and the supervisor, technical briefings are given to all certified workers to ensure that everyone understands the key aspects of the process. Material compliance verification: All anti-corrosion materials must come with complete certificates of conformity and factory inspection reports. Upon arrival, they are tested in batches; materials that fail the tests are strictly prohibited from being put into use. II. Standardized control of key processes: Ensure that the surface treatment meets the required standards – the outer surface of the pipes should be rust-free to St2 level, while the inner surface should be descaled to Sa2.5 level. The primer should be applied within 8 hours after sandblasting to prevent re-rusting. Construction environment control: The operating environment temperature should be maintained between 5–35°C, with a relative humidity of ≤85%. Outdoor work is prohibited in conditions of strong winds, rain, or snow, and the surface temperature of the substrate must be at least 3°C above the dew point. Compliance with painting procedures: The paint components are measured accurately, and the dilution ratio as well as the interval between coats are strictly followed according to the instructions, ensuring even application without any omissions or sagging. III. Closed-loop management for full-process acceptance: A three-level acceptance system is implemented, which includes self-inspection by the work team, re-inspection by the project department, and final inspection by the supervisor; it is strictly prohibited to proceed to the next stage of work if the previous stage has not been approved. Special performance testing: After completion, visual inspections, adhesion tests, and electrical spark testing are carried out to ensure that there are no bubbles or peeling in the anti-corrosion coating, and that all performance parameters meet the design requirements. Documentation archiving and retention: Collect all relevant documents such as construction logs, inspection reports, and acceptance records to create a traceable quality archive that meets compliance requirements.
