NAOH absorption SO2 convergence problem

Use NAOH solution to absorb SO2. I can only converge by gradually increasing the concentration of NAOH from 1000 to 43000. However, if I input 43000 directly, it will not converge. It indicates that mass and energy are not conserved. Attached is the model.
