When simulating crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation, how should the gravity curve be entered when inputting the crude oil stream data-assay definition?
Check the box in front of “Supply Assay Gravity Curve for Stream 1” to enter the value. Before entering the density curve, it is necessary to use software to process the crude oil data; also, note that the average boiling range value should be entered, as density corresponds to the properties of a virtual component.
