I installed version 2017; the operating system is Win8, 64-bit. The software modeling and calculations are working fine now, but when clicking on “piping input” on the results screen to return to the model interface, it usually takes 3 to 5 minutes for the interface to appear. During that time, all icons on the main screen turn gray. Has anyone else encountered this issue? It’s really troublesome to use right now; I hope experts can offer some advice. Thank you
